In summer months (May through August) we check the temperature of the destination and the transit time. In summer if the transit time is more than 3 days and the temperature at destination is above 87F then we hold the shipment. WE work with our customers to find the best couse of action, in some cases delay the shipment and in other cases provide a full refund.
